Well, it's the service (forumactif/forumotion) that we use that resizes everything depending on your screen resolution (a clean dynamic code). They actually offer a mobile version feature but I disabled it because it was not looking good (it only had big buttons and was totally different from the usual site design).

Opera Mini mobile browser seems cool thesedays to view websites on mobile screens.  

I rely heavily on that thing when I design websites ^^
