ChO's Saddening Departure :(

Well...I can't type much because I fail at English.

This clan was fun..but I have decided to leave.. I have to say that it has been a great go with all my friends: macm, RCJD, SnB, Friteq, Capone, Lat, Comet, Blast, walker, Printer, and especially you Me&You. You were the #1 reason I applied to =SA=. 2nd was Frit and SnB. We had some fun times together..but now I must leave. I hope that =SA= will solve it's problems and conflicts with peace and that I will be forever Alive.

Farewell =SA= you taught me to be friendly with others. You accepted me even when I was bad..but now I've changed.

Future goals: I am going help my friend, Deebz, rebuild his clan |W$N|. Wish me good luck!

@SA: Was this the last? are we done? or are their more members thinking of resignation? Everytime when I o to the site im hoping that it still excist.. Lets face it: It isn't good we are losing so many members in so short notice... An avalanche of resiging members is hittin us hard. And from 1 comes another.. (or 5)
We should start recruiting new members and trying to keep all the member we have.

I gotta agree with Theprinter, we losing so many members all of a sudden. I know everyone has their reasons. I do think we need to hold off on the recruiting coz we need to stabilize first, see who's staying in the clan and maybe get everyone to socialize etc. I haven't explained this more , maybe i'll wait for irc

Still, *clears throat*, ATTENTION PUBLIC: Even with recent events, =SA= is in no way lowering recruitment standards!!
If we're rash and quick about recruitment, we'll only regret it later and that may result in further resignations.

Printer, you just coincidentally arrived at =SA= at a bad time
Clans usually will have times like this, and often one resignation will lead to another member's resignation (I'm saying, they are related). =SA= suffered this last summer, but rebuilt really quickly. I think because they rebuilt TOO quickly, a lot of those "new" members from last summer aren't even with us anymore lol. But many longtime members are still here, and I think they will continue to be here.

Same old event, just different year to me. that's all.

@ Ch0 - Hope you stay with W$N atleast 6 months till its "alive and stable".

First of all OpTic's post made me laugh, because we were in fact right. ChO, when you got into =SA= I thought you had a chance, but I realize I (and this clan) were mistaken. Sorry if that's offensive.

Well then.

2. "You accepted me even when I was bad...but now I've changed" <----this implies that you have become too "good" for =SA=

3. "I am going to help my friend, Deebz, rebuild his clan |W$N|" <----I will say one thing: there is a difference between believing in the ability to rebuild and being disillusioned so much that you can't see failure. Also one of the only active W$N has recently given up, so to be honest, it's over. Deebz isn't very reliable.

Make sure you know the applicant well. Also don't be so "willy-nilly" and naive enough to believe in second chances. They must be earned, not given.
ACTIVITY:
Make sure you all are somewhat active in game. You can't really be an AC clan if you don't play AC :s
FUN:
Keep this clan fun! Not 1337, not skilled, but FUN! That was the only reason I had joined this clan in the first place, because it emphasized the FUN of being in a clan rather than the training, skill, or any of that other shit.
CLAN MATCHES:
At least play some CMs for shits and giggles. Doesn't matter if you win/lose, just get yourselves out there.

Well that's all I can think of right now.
Think about it. Seriously. If =SA= falls then that would just be sad.

Lol I meant the incident with you and your clan. I'm truely sorry for doing that. I realized that I have been acting childish during that match since the feeling of losing is unbearable.

But despite this, while we appreciate your concern, keep in mind there are a lot of things happening behind the scenes and "outsiders" don't see the whole picture. So please don't make assumptions about =SA= clan affairs. We love it how our past clanmates still show some love for the clan, but do respect the fact it is not fair to judge us as a non-member.

I acknowledge that the "Recruitment" section of the forum is public, but even still, a lot of behind-the-scenes discussion and careful thought was made. So you can only glimpse at "=SA='s shit"; therefore, not in your place to criticize

Maybe =SA= doesn't even HAVE "shit" in the first place. Only =SA= would know.

PS: IMO, I had no regrets when ChO was accepted into =SA=. Maybe I do not know him well, but in front of me, he did not show his past immature side at all. He was one of =SA='s more active members and was friendly to all clan mates.

imo, shadz post was out of order. I completely agree with rcjd and kudos to him for keeping a level head in his response. It should not be any ex-members right to judge a clan and how it runs, especially without any intimate details.

Without any real knowledge, your concern is well placed, but your execution was not. In the future please keep in mind that the only real feedback you can give is supportive. Anything past that is unnecessary and quite frankly a dick move.
