What printer said. A mic requirement seems...excessive. If he has a good pair of headphones he can hear his teammates, which is frankly at times what you need most.

was going on weekend vaca (3-day), so i didnt say anything but somehow ended up being 2 weeks in all before i came back home , other than that i appreciate honest answers

Whatever mate, you can still ask us for inters, tips and you can "chill" with us on TS3 or on our IRC.
Also, feel free to make a new application in the near future, if you still want to join =SA=...
