I can now get access to mi routers page can someone help me on how to forward the ports and i looked at portforward.com but it was too complicated for me

tech why can't you just use one of like the 35 empty servers out there. If you can't even get into your router nor understand portforward, im sorry but you probably aren't going to make a server. I can try and help you though.

EDIT: ill try and help you in IRC.
